1. Binding Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “I Agree” completing a purchase, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Rogue Market. Your acceptance is governed by applicable electronic signature laws, including the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

2. Digital Products – No Refunds Policy

All sales of digital products (including license keys) are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are purchasing a license key for third-party game modification software.
• These tools may result in account bans or penalties from the game developer.
• You accept all risks associated with using the product, including potential bans.
• You consent to the immediate delivery of the digital license key upon successful payment.
• For customers in the European Union: You expressly waive your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as this is a contract for the supply of digital content that is delivered immediately.

Once the license key has been delivered, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. About Rogue Market

Rogue Market is an authorized reseller of license keys for game enhancement tools. All products are sourced from authorized suppliers and are intended for personal use only.

We do not condone or encourage the use of these tools if they violate the game developer’s Terms of Service. Any use of our products that results in violations, bans, or penalties is entirely at your own risk. We will not provide refunds or assistance in such cases.

4. Payment Processing Fees

We accept payments via Card Payments , PayPal and cryptocurrencies. Additional payment methods may be available through our Discord server.

Fees on card payments and PayPal are non-refundable and cover payment processor charges.

5. User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure your device and system are compatible with the product before purchasing.
• Fully understand the product and its risks prior to buying.
• Research the product thoroughly (including on the official developer’s website if needed).
• Follow all instructions provided on the checkout page.

We are not obligated to issue refunds if you purchase an incompatible product or fail to follow instructions.

6. Risks of Use

Game enhancement tools may violate the Terms of Service of the respective game developers. You acknowledge and accept the risk of account suspension, bans, or other penalties. No refunds will be issued for bans, account issues, or any consequences arising from the use (or misuse) of our products.

7. Product Compliance and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell, share, or distribute license keys
• Reverse-engineer, crack, or modify the software
• Violate the terms of the purchased software

Any such actions may result in key revocation by the developer. In such cases, we will not provide replacements or refunds.

Some software may offer HWID resets. We do not control or manage these resets for all products. You may need to contact the software developer directly.

8. Security Measures

To prevent fraud, we may use VPN/Proxy detection and email validation on our website. Purchases made while using a VPN or proxy may be blocked or delayed. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears suspicious or violates our security protocols.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We are not required to provide individual notice of changes.
